2011 Year of the Labbit Show

Can't wait for the show and to see all the creative versions all the artists come up with! Am very happy to be participating, and am especially excited to see all my favorite artists' versions.

Harajuku Labu Labu Labbit

Harajuku Labu Labu Labbit for the 2011 Year of the Labbit Custom Show

Whew! Finally finished the Frank Kozik custom labbit for the Year of the Labbit Custom Show and made it in time for the deadline! Here's a sneak peek...the show is at the Japanese American National Museum store from July 14 - September 11, 2011. It'll be a really great group show with lots of very cool artists doing their thing on these super cute labbits, and they'll all be available for purchase. I hear Frank Kozik is doing a special huge one just for the show! Mine is a Harajuku-inspired labbit (what a surprise)....and if you're wondering, labu labu means lovey-dovey in Japanese. Hope you'll spread the word about the show!
